First Time User:
Create your own search. Go to the Results tab to see the list. Press F2 key ( or View-->Form Panel) to show the Form panel. Navigate the database. Edit the data, print the list sheet and the mailing labels. Try the on-line map button to pop up the Internet map. Try entering some email or web site link and click the links. To get the satisfactory performance, use this software on your fastest machine with high speed Internet connection.

Trial Version:
7 days trial period. Check the remaining days from Help-->Register Software. Grab maximum of 200 records on one file. Copy and paste functions disabled. Erase the file (File-->New or click the New icon) to start a new searching and grabbing.

Reverse Lookup
Use reverse lookup to search people from phone number. This is the most efficient way to catch address and phone number in an area. For example, if you search from last name A*, the result may be truncated to 1000 items. If you search from ADAMS, it might take too long to finish all the names. If you use 303-220-7*** in Denver area, it grabs about 700 items at a time and only takes ten times to finish all phone numbers starting with 303-220.

Enter your own Data
Press F2 key to pop up the individual form view. Edit or enter your own data. Use this as your Address book. Enter your data into either laft or right pane. To insert rows, press Shift and Insert keys as many time as you like. To delete, press Shift-Delete key.

Instant online Internet Map
You do not need to type the address every time you want to find the map of your friend's home. Use this for pizza or food delivery in your town. Simply point to the record row and press F8 key or click the globe button on the tool bar.

Search by Wild Card *
Search first and last name by using *. For example, "r*d" will match "Reed," "Reid," and "Read" (among others).

Sort by Column
Click the column title bar to sort by that column. Next click on the same column title will be reversed in order. You might want to order the zip code before print the mailing labels.

Mark your Data
Use font style, font color and background color to mark your important contacts data. Use F3 key to stamp current time in the user defined columns (7th through 10th). These will be stored in the file after you save it.

Mailing Labels too narrow
You may preview the mailing labels printout before print them to the printer. If the company name is too long, go to that individual item to edit the data. Or, use 2x10 in stead of 3x10 label format.

Save Data to a File
It's a good practice to save your work by category and state. For examples, Bookstores_NY.twg or Heater_FL.twg. Do not let the file get too big to affect the performance. You do not want to store ten thousand items in one file.

Append Files
You may concatenate the files by going to File->Append from the menu bar or press Ctrl-A.

Delete Duplicates
You may delete the duplicates in one file by going to Tools->Delete Duplicates from the menu bar or press Ctrl-D.

Mail Merge and Bar Code
Save file to Comma Delimited format (*.CSV) then use Microsoft Word to do mail merge or mailing labels bar code printing. (more...)

Export to Excel
You may save file to Comma Delimited format (*.CSV) then read the file from Excel. Or, highlight the data range, press Ctrl-C to copy then Ctrl-V to paste the clipboard data to the Excel spreadsheet.

Send Multiple Emails
First, group the items having email address information by clicking the Email column title bar. Change selection mode to Block mode (not Row mode). The buttons are the last two on the tool bar. Highlight the range and press Ctrl-C to copy then Ctrl-V to paste to your email application or just create a list text file.
