First Time User:
Grab some data into the worksheet on the Result tab. Press F2 key ( or View-->Form Panel) to show the Form panel. Navigate the database and try click the email and the web site links. Test on editing, searching, sorting, and printing the list sheet and the mailing labels. If you want to try email and web site functions, type in some your own data and click the email and web link buttons. To get the satisfactory performance, use this software on your fastest machine with high speed Internet connection.

Trial Version:
You have 7 days of trial period. Check the remaining days from Help-->Register Software. Only WorldPages.com is available. Grab maximum of 200 records in one search. Save and Copy functions are disabled. Print worksheet and mailing label for the first 20 records only. Erase the file (File-->New or click the New icon) to start a new search and grabbing.

When not working or grabbing nothing:
1. Check if you have the most updated version of the program and key files from the top of this page.
2. Close the program and run it again. Skip the advertisement listings and go to the Next> page until you see the well-formatted listings on the starting page.

Search by State
Search by state without city information allows you to have much more listings at one time.

Sort by Column
Click the column title bar to sort by that column. Next click on the same column title bar will reverse the order. You may sort the zip code before print the mailing labels. Use this sorting function to group those items which have web site and email information.

Save Your Work
It's a good practice to save your work by category and state. For examples, Bookstores_NY.twg or Heater_FL.twg. Do not let the file get too big to affect the performance in searching and sorting data. You do not want to store ten thousand items in one file.

Search high volume records
If you search a high volume category, for example, more than 7000 records, manually stop the search by clicking the Stop button when it reach about 2000 records and assuming it reaches the end of 'J', save the file as 'A-J.twg', clear the buffer and resume the search from 'K'. Keep your files small enough for memory and performance issues.

Export to Excel
You may save file to Comma Delimited format (*.CSV) then read the file from Excel. Or, highlight the data range, press Ctrl-C to copy then Ctrl-V to paste the clipboard data to the Excel spreadsheet.

Append Files
Concatenate the files by going to File->Append from the menu bar or press Ctrl-A.

Delete Duplicates
You may delete the duplicates in one file by going to Tools->Delete Duplicates from the menu bar or press Ctrl-D.

Mark Your Data
Create your own checkbox column by right-clicking to pop up menu and select 'Column Attribute' to define the column data type. Append a current date time stamp on any cell. The Rich text data sheet is just better than any other cumbersome databases.

Handle Exceptions
Because the listing on any site is not always well formatted, you may still see some wield HTML code on some cells. We have try our best to handle these exceptions in the program. However, if you see these exceptions, you can double click the cell and directly type in your data. Or, use copy-and-paste to copy the data from the web page then paste to the cell.

Mail Merge and Bar Code
Save file to Comma Delimited format (*.CSV) then use Microsoft Word to do mail merge or mailing labels bar code printing.

Mailing Label Printing
You may preview the mailing labels printout before print them to the printer. If the company name is too long, go to that individual item to edit the data. Or, use 2x10 in stead of 3x10 label format.

Send Multiple Emails
First, group the items having email address information by clicking the Email column title bar. Change selection mode to Block mode (not Row mode). Do this either by selecting from the menu, clicking the button or just pressing the F7 key. Highlight the range and press Ctrl-C to copy then Ctrl-V to paste to your email application or just create a list text file by pasting to Notepad.
